We take calls Monday through Saturday. Same-day means a tech is already moving through your county — not a promise we cannot keep at 4 p.m. on a Friday.

Where same-day is most likely

Pasco first: Land O' Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Hudson, New Port Richey. Then Hillsborough — Tampa, Brandon, Riverview — when a truck is already south of the line. Pinellas and Hernando depend on the board that morning.

What same-day costs

Priority dispatch is $129, credited toward the repair if you approve the fix. Standard diagnostic is $95. Fridays, diagnostics are on us.

Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card. The deposit holds the window.

How to be ready when we arrive

Clear the area around the appliance, park so the truck can unload, and note any error code. Pets in another room helps. We still diagnose if the model tag is hidden.
