ART has helped us tremendously. We bought a brand new Samsung dishwasher and was delivered unbeknownst to us that was damaged. First they ordered parts, but then after a more thorough inspection found that it was way more damaged than previously found. The owner came out and spent over an hour talking to Samsung and was able to get us a return and replacement. If I had done this it would have taken weeks if not a month of time and phone calls. He knows the system and was able to do it in an hour. Told us exactly what to do and what to bring (receipts, forms, etc.) back to the store. We had no issues what so ever when returning and ordering a new appliance. Call them first you won’t be disappointed.
